Frame:

  • Rigid versions of 3.00, 3.50 and 4.00 m mounted on 3 points.
  • Mounted articulated versions on 3 points, , with 4.00, 5.00 and 6.00 m working width and 3.00m transport width.
  • Towed versions of 5.00, 6.00 and 7.00 m working width, ensuring a maximum transport width of 3.00 m.
  • Distance between bodies 1100 mm.

Discs:

  • 2 lines of discs, notched, with Ø 24” and 6 mm thickness.
  • Individual security system in each disc, anti-shock system for each blade spring with 20 mm thickness.
  • Disc hubs with 2 self-aligning ball bearings, and lubrication and protection system designed to allow a single annual intervention.

Working angle:

  • Adjustment of the angle of attack of the discs, mechanical in the mounted models (hydraulic as an option) and hydraulic in the other models in order to make the working depth according to the characteristics of the soil.
  • Roller tube of Ø 500 mm V-RING or U-RING, mounted on the rear, allowing a smooth and superficial consolidation of the soil.
  • Roller depth control system, with manual or hydraulic mechanical adjustment (optional on models mounted on the 3 points of the tractor).
