Frame:

  • Main frame in transversal and longitudinal double C profile tubes, 200x100 mm in high resistance steel of 7 mm thickness.
  • Edged welded steel plate trailed drawbar, fixed to the main frame by double parabolic spring.
  • Rotating greaseable hitch.

Discs:

  • Notched discs in the front body and plain disc in the rear body.
  • 38 mm square discs axles in special treated steel.
  • 38/9 “square 40 mm bearings with 2 taper roller bearings protected by double lip seal on each side.
  • Space between discs - 9” – 0.23 m.
  • Finishing disc.

Working angle:

  • Working angle hydraulically adjustable.
  • Opening and closing system of the bodies to the transport position with hydraulic adjustment.
  • Regulation of working depth with manual mechanical adjustment on wheel’s train.
