Frame:

  • Main fame in transversal and longitudinal double C profile tubes, 200x100x8 mm in high resistance steel.
  • Edged welded steel plate trailed drawbar, connected to the frame by a hydraulic cylinder equipped with an accumulator/expander.
  • Rotating greasable hitch.

Discs:

  • Discs shafts in a 40 mm square of high strength steel when 9” spacers are set and 50 mm square with 11” spacers.
  • 42/9 “or 52/11” bearings with 2 taper roller bearings protected by double lip seal.
  • 710 mm or 760 mm discs with 8 mm or 10 mm thickness.

Working angle:

  • Working angle of 0º to 27º hydraulically adjustable.
  • Hydraulic opening of the disc bodies.

Wheels:

  • Transport axis with 550/45 R22.5 wheels with hydraulic brake, ensuring the transport of the grid with the utmost security.

Option:

  • 30” discs with 10 mm thickness as an option (price on request).
  • Rollers.
